Acupuncture
A therapeutic treatment rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that combines acupuncture and glass cupping to restore balance and promote healing. Fine, sterile needles are used to stimulate specific points on the body, helping to reduce pain, improve circulation, calm the nervous system, and support overall wellbeing. Glass cupping uses gentle suction to release muscle tension, encourage blood flow, and aid in detoxification. Together, these methods provide a holistic approach for stress relief, injury recovery, headaches, digestive concerns, and general wellness.
Registered Dietitian
A Registered Dietitian is a licensed health professional who helps people make sense of food and nutrition in a way that actually works for their life. Whether you’re managing a health condition, navigating emotional eating, or just trying to feel better in your body, an RD brings a mix of science-backed knowledge and real-world support to help you get there.
Unlike unregulated “nutritionists,” Registered Dietitians are trained through accredited programs, complete hands-on clinical internships, and are held to strict professional standards. That means you can trust you’re getting personalized, practical advice—not trends or quick fixes.
At our practice, working with a dietitian means building a healthier relationship with food, guided by someone who listens, understands, and tailors their approach to your goals, culture, and lifestyle. It's about nourishment, not restriction—and finding what works for you.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. Through personalized assessment and treatment—such as targeted exercises, manual therapy, and movement education—physiotherapy supports recovery from injury, surgery, or chronic pain while helping prevent future issues. Whether you’re healing, building strength, or improving mobility, physiotherapy helps you move and feel your best.
